Our Process & Pricing
At 457 Plan Service Group, we specialize in helping municipal professionals maximize their 457(b) plans, pensions, and overall retirement strategies. Our process is designed to provide clarity, confidence, and a customized roadmap to financial success. From our first conversation to full implementation, we make the process simple, structured, and stress-free.
Our Process
- Step One: Introductory Call
This no-pressure call is designed to understand your unique situation, goals, and challenges. Whether you’re optimizing your 457(b), navigating your pension options, or planning for retirement, we’ll discuss how we can help and answer your questions.
- Step Two: Initial Meeting
In this collaborative meeting, we analyze your current financial standing, clarify your aspirations, and begin crafting a strategy tailored to your goals. Whether it’s understanding your pension benefits, tax-efficient withdrawal strategies, or aligning investments with your long-term vision, this session sets the foundation.
- Step Three: Plan Delivery
We’ll present a clear, actionable plan that integrates your 457(b), pension benefits, tax strategies, and investment allocation. You’ll leave with a structured path forward and a deep understanding of how each piece fits together to support your retirement goals.
- Step Four: Plan Implementation
This is where strategy turns into execution. We’ll help implement the plan, making adjustments as needed and connecting you with estate planning or tax professionals if necessary. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition into your retirement strategy with confidence and clarity.
